Fundraiser Paint Party

Got space, tables, and chairs? Pick your painting and host a fundraiser paint party, and as the host you get 25% ($10) back per person for your favorite charity, or just for yourself! 

• Minimum 8 people.
• All materials supplied.
• Possible Covid-19 mask and distancing rules may be in effect.

Steps:

1. Decide which painting you want to do for your fundraiser and get on the waiting list.
2. Share the painting. If a private event, create a list of friends/family that want to attend and gather their payment. Be sure you have space, tables & chairs to accommodate everyone.
3. When the minimum number of participants is reached (8), contact me to discuss location, date and time for the event. NC Robeson & surrounding counties only.
4. Host provides space, tables and chairs for event.
5. 12" x 16" stretched canvas, easel, and all supplies provided.
6. First time hosts to prepay via PayPal to lock in event. No PayPal account needed.
7. Established hosts can pay cash/credit at the door upon arrival.

Write down a list of paid guests and give to Jim upon arrival.
